   Disappointing, dismissive and rude - The staff/owners also make up prices as they go. I have been here a few times. The third time my nails started lifting within a week. When the lady was applying the powder, I had pointed out that the thickness is quite a bit (as I have done a nails course myself) and my nails will start lifting but she did not listen at all. And my nails did start lifting. Every-time I have gone I have paid 30 pounds for two different colours applied alternately in my fingers.. There is NO extra effort for the person applying it as its NOT nail art. Here and in the other places, I have also paid the same amount whether one colour or two colours (its the same surface area!) but today the lady owner decided to charge me randomly 33 pounds citing its two colours! When I pointed out that, I have always paid 30 irrespective of number of colours as its just applying alternately - these guys were dismissive rude and made a comment - “Oh so now you know”. They are quite condescending and have no respect to the fact that someone is coming repeatedly and is a loyal customer. No wonder they have so many bad reviews- I wish I had read these before. You have just lost a customer with your arrogance and greed for extra and making up prices as you go on! Its not a matter of 3 pounds but ethics which are lacking with this business. In a town where multiple other nail shops exist - please avoid this at shop at all costs!

   Avoid this shop at all cost, called to complain about my nails they asked why I didn’t complain when I left the shop I explained about my mental health and the man laughed also told me I’m giving him a headache! Completely rude and refused refund or any help regarding my nails! My nails are now sore where I can’t even touch them! No star for this shop !! But wouldn’t let me post without clicking 1 star

   I was a walk in appointment and I was pretty happy with my service. I had a pedicure, and full set of SNS nails and both services I was happy with. I would come back again. One of my nails is a bit wonky, but you can't even tell unless you were looking for it. It is cash only so that did catch me off guard, but there is a free ATM within 1 minute walk which was easy enough.

   I was disappointed with the level of customer care paid for a pedicure they didnt switch the massage chairs on it was a quick job to get me out i felt, I am however happy with the colour, Maybe in future make customers feel they are getting their moneys worth. I went to go and do something nice with my daughter but they seperated us to paint her toe nails so we couldnt enjoy it together and talk or help each other choose colours you could have let her sit near me and come over to paint her nails, People go to the nail shop for a treat sometimes. I think it would be a lovely place if these things were taken into considersation and i wasnt made to feel like it was a quick job to get my money.

   Walked in right at the last minute and they still let me sit in! I'm not someone for chit chat as such so it was good for me personally to go in and have my nails done and not feel forced to answer questions to be polite! I went in, she down my nails (well) and I left!

   Wouldnt recommend my nails are painful sensitive and hurt after they took my sns off which is meant to make them healthy and strong they are far from that. they have used the drills on my nails for too long they like paper thing horrible experience cut me aswell would never go back plus charged me 7 pounds for a take off with a experience like that and left nails needing nail treatment to strenghten them .

   Very clean and tidy, but I was the only customer in there and still felt very rushed and un valued - more like i was a hindrance. No niceties - just in, take your money and chuck you out ASAP. Pedicure wasn't the best I've had - very rushed and the paint wasn't carefully applied either.
