   Christina and her team at Pinewood were amazing. We had a good few hiccups throughout the process, and they were like terriers, doing whatever what required to get the property sold, for the best price for us. I have bought and sold a few times in my life, and I don't think I have ever dealt with an agent who is so responsive, understanding of our needs and with such attention to detail. Christina worked hard for us for 10 solid months. She returned all calls within a couple of hours, answered all emails promptly and never made us feel as if we were any trouble.

   We were very happy with the service provided by Pinewood Properties throughout the sale of our property. Christina Waddoups and Hayley Hewitt were both very helpful and communicated well at all times. They were always available to us if we needed any queries resolving. We always felt that they were acting on our behalf and never pressured us into accepting a lower offer just to get the sale completed. We took a 'package' deal from Pinewood which included using one of their recommended solicitors, Elliot Mather. They were excellent also. I can see from the box below that there is the option to highlight a member of staff. Although Christina was our main contact, I wouldn't want Hayley's role to be ignored. Together they worked as an excellent team.

Their communication was spot on and kept regular updates for me both via phone and email. The evaluator Ashley was great, gave us a good value for our house at the time and took great images to help advertise our house as best as possible.
