    Just sold my property through the amazing Northwood properties. The sale was by modern auction but property marketed by and logistics all done by Northwood. Auction is an alternative to the traditional slow method of selling your house. can’t recommend Northwood enough as they explained the modern auction system of which I new nothing. Basically it’s like property eBay. If you want to sell your property quickly and efficiently this is the way to do it. My house sold within 6 weeks. For more details speak to the Northwood team.
