   Loved the service and result. I loved the colour and it lasted 4-5 weeks - I only had it taken off to give my nails a rest! Best to go early in the week or book ahead on weekends.

   I’ve always loved having my nails done here at K&K! Leanne is fantastic and really good at designs! What i love about this place is that they are very honest, if a design wouldn’t look right, they will always advise something else! My most recent is the lilac nails and I asked Leanne to do me a design on one nail on each hand! I absolutely love it! Always a great service! P.s my nails always last 3 weeks with no chips! Thank you Leanne ❤️

   Not happy with the service or the nails. Me and my friend went to get two toes two nails, the pedicure was short all they did was a bit of scrub on the feet and that’s it. We asked gel on our natural nails they are lumpy, the French tip is wonky and they were very rude the whole experience. My friend asked several times of the nail to be shorter and square, they ended up having her nail as short of the nail bed and wide as seen in picture that pic isn’t her nails but it’s the shape they are. That is not square! My French tip is lumpy and wonky. They were so rude to us and were rough I have a few cuts on my toes and nails. When my friend asked to have her nails removed they spoke behind our backs laughing and mocking us. It has been one day and one has already snapped. Would never go back £90 each for nails and toes. Bad service, bad nails, bad nail shop!

   Nails are worth the money, really professionally done, however would be nice for staff to communicate more and use warm water instead of cold when doing manicure treatment as I was given cold tap water to stick my hands in and ended up hurting when cleaning cuticles.

   Booked an apt but after waiting twenty minutes, saw the person who would serve me start a manicure on someone else. Literally wasted my lunch hour because they can’t get the concept of an appointment and have no respect for time. All in all, rude and arrogant.

   The staff are incredibly rude. Today I had an appointment at 4:30pm but was running late due to traffic, I rang to apologise and was told that they had lost many clients because of me being late. I said I could come now which I did. The salon was full ( no loss of clients), with another lady waiting, I again apologised and watched two more women enter, one of the women said that she had a 5:15 appointment and was finally asked to sit at 5:50, without any apology for the long wait. This lady suggested that I go first because I was there before her but was informed that I had to wait because I was late. Naturally, at this point I left. They are incredibly rude and always running late, never apologising to any clients. They may not care that I will never go back but neither will my three daughters and most likely their friends too, as the girls tend to go on groups. Poor treatment of your clients will eventually catch up with you.

   Beautiful set! Just what I wanted ❤️ Staff could be more professional in terms of communication between staff and costumers. But overall, I'm happy with my nails.
