No starts in the visit. I developed an acute nail infection that required antibiotics the day after my manicure. I had to visit urgent care and was immediately told I had an infection from the manicure and was put straight in antibiotics for 5 days
I had a bad experience here. The service was rude and rushed. The nail design looked nothing like what I asked for. I won’t be coming back.
One of the worst experiences I have ever had in my entire life. If you don’t know how to do customer service, just close your business down. I asked for a basic gel with white color—how hard can that be? My nails look awful. I naturally have very beautiful nails, but they took so much off my real ones and made them very short. Every time she asked, “Do you want another coat?” I wanted to look at my nails and take them out of the dryer machine to answer her. Instead, she yelled at me to put them back—very rude. Avoid this place at all costs!
i’ve been here several times and every single time they come out horrific but i always give them another chance. today my designs were quite complicated but their trained to know how to do nail art. i will list the reference photo and what i got below. did the design completely wrong, i am so unhappy will not be returning.

Just left after a visit, have been a loyal regular customer for over 5 years. Really disappointed with the service I received and witnessed. My nail tech was being very adbrut and rude to me for no apparent reason im always friendly and grateful for the treatment. The poor girl next to me was also being spoken to very poorly by her nail tech. The attitude of the staff here needs to improve before they loose more customers to friendlier nail bars.
This place has really gone down hill. All the staff are lovey, except Jan. She is a narsasist, bully. And thinks she’s the dogs dusters nail technician. Has hurt me on a few occasions by burning with the electric file. Obviously I flinch and pull away. She rolls her eyes and slags you off in her language to her colleagues and they all laugh because seems they are scared of her. Today was my last ever visit to this place. I spend £80-90 every two to three weeks with this vile woman. All cash and dodgy money laundering no doubt. I will be reporting this also. And I to have noticed the pedicure area is not cleaned down after each client .. terrible place. Disrespectful and extremely unprofessional
Went on Thursday (Monday now) to get a mani with gel. Yesterday my nails on right hand side started chipping and breaking. Today 4 out of 5 are chipped and/or broken. For £35 that’s really poor quality without doing anything crazy. I am going to go back tomorrow morning to get them fixed so let’s see how that will go
Awful my nails didn’t look anything like how they was meant to the lady didn’t go the curing machine on so when my nails smudged she blamed me for it paid £45 for awful nails I didn’t actually want to come in here due to previous experience 1year again but a friend wanted to so I said I would and yet again awful
Lovely staff and fast. No waiting time no booking in advance. Great job guys. Jan is the best
