   If I could would give 0 stars do not trust this terrible company robbed me for over £1,800 they are holding my money since 2023 and won’t reply to my Emails or calls. Phone number for them don’t work emails are aired and when u show up to the place 10000% it shut stay away from this company

   Good afternoon guys, I've been having the same problem with this company for two years letting me get carried away by their covert, who would do a survey on PPI and were taking my tax refund from the year 2023 and the year 2024 until today I didn't get back from HMRC about my fiscal year. I have already emailed HMRC who have not yet returned me, as I have not authorized this company to use my personal government tax account. This company has to be arrested and return our refunds which is the result of our work. We must come together to demand a response from the competent authorities.

   I fell for what turns out to be a scam by this supposedly legitimate company Brooksdale which said it was investigating if I was due unpaid PPI funds. Instead they made an unauthorised claim to HMRC on my behalf for a small tax refund which should have been paid direct to me. They have not answered messages for over two years and now appear to be uncontactable. In my case, the amount concerned is relatively small but they continue to hold on to it. I am surprised that no action has been taken by HMRC or Action Fraud in support of the many people that are in dispute with this company.

   Been waiting over 2 years for a response from this company. Every 3-4 months I have phoned. Today their phone number isn't recognised.....I've a good mind to go to their office. Worst company I have ever dealt with. Customer service is despicable (if you can get through). Surprise Surprise......they've gone into liquidation......owing probably £k's to innocent people.

   Completely ignores any type of interaction with us . They have hold of 2 rebate cheques of ours and we cannot get hold of them , the link sent to us expired without minutes of them sending it. Pretty sure we never signed to go ahead with the rebate but the signature is very close to my husbands. Sure this is classed as theft !!

   Avoid! Will take your money without asking/signing off, took about 50% of the tax I was due back, luckily I already did the first year myself so wasn't too much on just one year. Impossible to speak to someone on the phone. Would give zero stars if possible.

   Well what a shambles of a company. Received a letter from HMRC back in April 2022 advising of a tax refund and they would send Brooksdale a cheque within 14 days. Come on we are now in February 2023 and I still have not received my refund or any correspondence at all from them. I have tried ringing emailing but nothing no reply no acknowledgement nothing. I am utterly disgusted with this company and am going to seek legal advice. Utterly disgusting company to deal with. I would have given zero star rating but it wouldn't let me. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS

   Firstly, I would like to say that prior to this, I have no connection or knowledge whatsoever with Brooksdale. I am the one who instructed them to act on my behalf as they notified me I was due tax back from HMRC. Without this notification. I would have been completely unaware. Although their fees appear high, the way I look at it is that I am still financially better off than when I started. I was dubious as are many at passing on my banking details etc but once I had replied to the link my money was received in my bank account within a week, I would have awarded 5 stars but I found it impossible to actually speak to anyone on the phone, emails were replied to. My advice would be if you sign up to something don’t cry about it later.

   Shocking company, completely unaware that I’d appointed them 3 years ago where they have sat in the darkness waiting for a tax refund which they’ve pounced on snd taken 40 % I would advise anyone to call the IR and make sure you don’t have them acting on your behalf, to then get what you are owed there is a link that expires to put in your details before Sunday night to receive the money on the Tuesday I have done this 3 times now with no payment and them claiming my details are wrong which they aren’t Really unethical unscrupulous way of a non registered financial company making money, They need their systems snd dealing thoroughly looking into Do not touch !!

   Like most people on here I had never had any kind of introduction to this company and then they have money which I have overpaid and that they want to charge me to give back to me, haven’t been able to get through to anybody yet but I’m not happy, I’ve never spoken to your company or signed anything, how have you gotten my details ?
