   I’ve been here a handful of times on recommendation of family members. I do not live near this nail shop but very happy to travel to it. The reception is warm and friendly and always with a smile, the staff are happy to help and advise on best products. They take their time and clearly perfect their work before letting you leave. Offered hot drink on arrival. Never had the same person do my nails and all times I’ve been very happy with the result. Would recommend! (Is cash only though!)

   I just had the worst experience, never even knew this type of situation was possible. It was me and my sisters first time there and as soon as we walked in they all had attitude and all started staring at me and speaking their own language. Speaking their own language wasn’t a problem for me as every nail shop does it but it’s how this one worker started raising her voice whilst speaking to her other worker (man) and stormed off to a room to calm down and came out again. That’s where my suspicions started , I felt so uncomfortable because I knew it was something to do with me. So the man starts staring and me up and down a couple of times, me just standing there not knowing what’s going on. So they take my sister to do her nails and I’m just sitting there by myself. And the main lady says grab a chair and sit next to your friend, so I’m like that’s nice of her maybe I’m being paranoid about the whole thing.Then I see an empty chair next to my sister so I thought let me go sit down, as I was going there I said to the other lady may I sit down she looks at me gives me a dirt and said I have a customer coming but she said it with such an attitude. Anyways then I grabbed a different chair and sat down and the whole process through they kept staring at me. Also what me and my sister thought was weird is that they made her pay for her nails before the process was started. So I looked at my sister and said they’ve mistooken us for someone else for sure. Anyways time goes on and now she’s fixed her nails and I just couldn’t sit still and not say anything so in the nicest way possible I said to the lady can I ask you something. She says yea so I said when we came in why was everyone staring at us like it’s our first time here as first time customers, it made us feel uncomfortable. Then the other lady gets up saying r u sure it’s your first time here in a raised tone of voice repeating her self three times. I responded yes it’s my first time here. The man suddenly turns around to me and says I’m lying I said sorry what, he said your lying you came here last year and ran off without paying. In that moment i got so frustrated that I didn’t even know what to say I was so angry, I said to him I’ve never been here before, he kept on repeating I’m lying he has cctv footage. I said really I said let me see the cctv then cuz me and you are both going to sit there and my face isn’t going to be on there and your going to apologise. He started being so rude saying just leave get out I said sorry what I’m just getting accused of something and you just expect me the leave it. Some other lady came up to me and was trying to Calm the situation down but I just didn’t want to leave the shop without proving that it genuinely wasn’t me. I said to him can me and you speak calmly he said no get out I said are you sure it was this face you saw then I proceeded to say I can take my hat off and look at my face again it wasn’t me. He said the lady said it was you, in my mind I was thinking what the hell is going on. As a nail shop they really need to take into consideration other people’s feelings as I was being accused of something I didn’t do. And as it apparently happened a year ago they could have forgotten someone’s face and just accuse me for nothing. I kept insisting calling the police for them to look at the footage as apparently there the only ones that have access to the cctvs . Then the lady came up to me and said no darling calm down it’s a sunny day outside. I have never felt this bad in my life, I’ve never been treated so bad in my life and I’ve never been so humiliated in my life. And I’m a type of person to never make a big deal about anything and I’m not a confrontational person but I had to say something and maybe I raised my voice a couple of times because in that situation I was the one in the right and I was the one being treated like shit. Wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone. These are not even all the details !! Bare in mind this happened when the shop was full of customers.

   I always go here as it is my local but they could be better. It's a hit or miss with the outcome of the nails, but I would say more hits. I only do acrylics with gel polish and no design. I do enjoy the pedicure with the massage chairs. I think at least three out of 7 or so of the staff are just "okay" at doing nails. Prices are reasonable. It's cash only. But there is a cash point across the road. Does get busy but they always accommodate walk ins; and the wait is not too long as they are fast and tend to have a good amount of staff available. They are friendly; some better than others who will offer you a hot drink. I would recommend them if you are doing acrylics or sns but for real nail art like you see on insta or tick-tock go somewhere else.

   I’ve been to the shop first time few months ago and my nails were perfectly done. Exactly how I wanted. However this time the girl had no skills whatsoever. Each nail different length and gel not applied around cuticles.
