Charge a lot for doing very little. I went for help with a tax problem, no help at all with zero advice and a big bill for the pleasure.
Great accountants
I am disappointed with the lack of willingness of Seftons to assist with my personal tax returns queries. It seems that all they are capable of/willing to do is simply submit and file my return, which I could do myself. When customers pay qualified, professionals for a service, they expect to benefit from their expertise. Unfortunately, my experience with Seftons is sadly lacking. I will be strongly considering an alternative accountants.
