    Sadly for they never answer any emails and this is twice now it’s happen to me so won’t bother with them in the future. Reply to your comment. The last one was not let when I asked about it as that was let 3 days later on the internet. I made a simple enquiry on both to see if the landlord was flexible with the cat being elderly, sadly she is no longer with us. A simple reply would have been common courtesy but you have chosen to be what I can only see as being upset with my comments. I need say no more.

    I have recently moved into a property with the help of belvoir Newark , they have been so understanding , patient and very helpful. I have had the pleasure of speaking to an agent called Charlotte who’s helped me with everything to do with the property and kept me in the loop with everything I need to know. Please don’t hesitate getting in contact with belvoir if you are interested in any of the properties they have available. I highly recommend them and would definitely be going back if I ever need help in the future.

    Overall a very good experience as a tenant for the past 18 months, always very quick to respond to any questions or issues that came up. Also, given the way landlords have been painted in the media recently I found my experience to be the total opposite - I couldn't have asked for better landlords or estate agents to manage my tenancy, throughout, everything was fixed promptly with minimal hassle and also very reasonable with rent.
