A stunning Edwardian building to enjoy along with your chosen performance! You'll find a basic "bar" serving a variety of bottles, cans, coffee and tuck shop type goodies like crisps and chocolate bars. A relatively small viewing arena embellished in red seats and gold artistry. Parked at the Jubilee multistorey car park, which has ample spaces and reasonable rates. Recommend research regarding how to get to this car park as it is extremely well hidden!

This is a great venue. Easy to find. The staff were extremely helpful. My drink wasn't expensive. I had a great view from the dress circle. I imagine the people in boxes felt well placed for the stage. Lots of toilets. All nice and clean.

Went to see makings of a murderer. Great show and we had seats in row 3 at the far left. But the tall speaker to the left of the stage blocked some of our view of the screen at the back. No mention of this when booking. Lovely theatre though.

A beautiful hall that was refurbished between 2001-2008. It makes a wonderful concert venue. There are quite a few stairs but there are accessible entrances and toilets. Definitely worth a visit.

Beautiful hall! Came here during the International Gilbert and Sullivan Festival to watch HMS Pinafore. The seats were very spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room to move along the row. The deviation of the theatre is exquisite, with beautiful patterns and paintings to draw your eye. Definitely recommend going to a show or concert here, even if you're a bit of a drive away!

Went to the Gilbert and Sullivan festival where several shows were on here. Lovely old place very ornate and seemingly well preserved. Seats had reasonable leg room for a six footer in the royal circle and gave a good view of the stage. Seems to have an enormous space for the bar and after show activities. A good visit

I enjoyed visiting here in October to see Steve Hackett. The venue itself is quite impressive and very well maintained. The views of the stage and acoustics mean that it is a very good venue to host a concert.

Amazing venue, great staff and really well set up. Recent restoration is stunning. Don't be fooled into thinking this is just a quaint antique of a place, it's got smack up to date facilities for pretty much any production, and acoustics are well thought out too. Absolute gem of a venue.
