TOLD ME TO PUT MY FOOD UNDER THE BUS CAN CAUSED ME CROSS CONTAMINATION, DONT PUT FOOD HOLDERS IF I CANNOT EAT. UNCOMFY SEATS AND NO CHARGERS SERIOUSLY THESE BUS DRIVERS ARE VERY MEAN.
Coach was old and very smelly, smelt like cigarettes and vomit, and other fusty and old odours. The toilet was not working unacceptable. And worryingly, driver was using phone while driving and when engine running, taking phone calls without any regard for the safety of passengers. In short, I believe on evidence, it has never been thoroughly cleaned since 2006, year of registration. Very noisy coaches, too, rattling and uncomfortable, could smell diesel fumes, especially when the coach was waiting. Vehicle fumes are obviously not good for children and those with respiratory issues, and everyone else for that matter. The drivers on this occasion, who I believe are also the owners, have a bad attitude, they are rude and backward,and do as they please: they need a course on basic customer service and etiquette! Just because you re a coach driver, it doesn't mean you should conduct yourself with zero dignity and self respect.You are getting paid for a service, your customers have a right to question your standards, care and service levels, as well as the state of your vehicles and attitude of your drivers. There are other, much better coach companies out there. I guess if you pay a little less, you get this as standard. But still unacceptable. They claim to be a family business, I guess that explains why they all have the same lousy attitude to service and care.
Hi, we used Elgar coaches for a trip to Bury and then a fish and chip supper. What a brilliant experience from the time it was booked so the time we left the coach staff were brilliant driver exceptional very reasonably priced will use them again. Thank you

You get friendly down to earth service and help to organize travel if ever you need help or advice. The coaches are comfortable and most importantly clean and tidy. Fabulous trip to Sidmouth and Donkey Sanctuary on 7/8/19. Pick up was prompt, coach driver friendly and helpful. Coach was clean & was able to purchase tea and coffee on board. Hope you do another day trip or holiday break to Sidmouth. Highly recommended.
My wife just recently went to London with work colleagues. The drivers were friendly however they just had one inadequate toilet stop on the way to London. It is fine because they made it there early. On the way back there is no toilet stop at all and the toilet clearly marked on the screen WC not in use. Such a long way to hold on.
