    Had a refund from Hmrc for £45 they told me their fee was £35 +Vat. They are sending me my refund of 50p. You would at least think they would charge an appropriate amount ofvthe refund, if i was refunded £100 then £35 fee would be appropriate, but charging £35 when my refund was so that low.And can't reopen any of the documents they sent me to check if the fee is correct. Won't use them again I can't see anything on the front page of the website stating their fees.

    I'm so glad they don't take too much commission. A £50 tax anomaly and they only took £45 of it. I suppose a fiver is better than nowt. You can go direct through the Government Gateway and get all of it. Everyone needs to make a living though eh?

    Need to be clearer from the start about how much you take, if I had known I would have done it myself. I cannot recall any button stating before you continue anything upto £100 you will loose £38 so I didn't get anything. Perhaps add a calculator at the start and put something in bold so others aren't caught out. Everything is so tight at the moment for everyone.

    I can give it five stars because I have only just applied and don't know what the outcome might be. However the application process seems very straight forward and intuitive. I'll be happy if someone can review my income tax commitments, so that I can be assured I'm not being over charged and that my tax codes are correct.

    Do not use!!! Not very transparent that this company takes quite a substantial fee from your rebate!! I was under the impression it was just a simple check to tell you if you’d be entitled or not - had no idea that they’d be the ones receiving my cheque from HMRC, taking a cut and then sending me whatever is left after they deduct their charge!! Rang HMRC today regarding another issue and was asked if I was aware that I had an agent on my account (this company!!) and then he told me that my cheque was sent out weeks ago to this company yet I’d received no word from this company that I was even due anything! Think your due a rebate, speak to HMRC yourself and get the full amount you are owed!
