    Just wanted to put a little word in for the staff member today who was very patient and kind with me! I had some problems with Google Pay after having no issues all day (or for the years I've used it with my card). Since I had no backup payment method on me, the poor red-haired lady had to do the thankless job of putting my masses of shopping away while everybody was staring. This is my local Co-Op and never had any issues at the till or at self-service, not sure about the bad reviews.

    Staff rude and more interested in online orders than serving anyone in the shop needs stopping this……read your reviews everyone’s saying the same thing and you don’t seem bothered at all still got the rude woman works there

    Although it's a nice little supermarket and well stocked I was extremely disappointed with the customer service.I have visited places 3 times within 2 weeks period and each time it's was absolutely appalling .I'm not expecting hugs and kisses but simple courtesy smiles or words like hi . please or thank you can go a long way.

    A blonde cashier in late 50s with glasses should never directly work with customers. Her contempt for customer is horrendous. The self service tills never have bags and 90% of time don't work properly. This just frustrates the cashier to abuse customers

    Gave up waiting at the tills after 15 minutes of being ignored by all staff as “they were to busy to help anyone as they had online orders to pick”. What is the point of a shop on the high street when the only way that you can get served is to put an order in online?! Either employ more staff or limit the number of online orders that you accept as the staff clearly aren’t able to cope.
