   Really disappointed today. There were long lines at each of the pay at kiosk pumps. I went to a pay at the pump. I tried 3 different cards each declined for no reason. I asked staff if they could release the pump and I would pay at kiosk as I was feeling very unwell. I was told to drive out n drive back in and join the long line of vehicles waiting for pay at kiosk. I couldn't be bothered and just drove off. The staff at this fuel station can be quite stroppy and unhelpful, often keeping customers waiting so they can continue their own private conversations. The air pump generally lets all the air out of the tyres when I go in to speak to staff about this they just say "it's broken" leaving me with a now flat tyre. This become such a regular occurrence that I bought an electric pump. The card readers at Pay at Pump often don't work, meaning customers have to go "around again". It's just really shoddy service, I don't think I will use this station again. When anything breaks they never put notices up to tell customers. Very very poor for Tesco's.

   Just moved into area and am very disappointed with the unpleasant and rude staff, no receipt for petrol to get Tesco points as till had no paper and told 'tough', no paper near pumps. Compared to my previous Tesco this one is dismal. Need to find another station.

   Opening times on google are just wrong. We tried to get petrol on multiple occasions during the displayed opening times and they were shut. The pumps are constantly out of paper. You would see the staff sitting in there even when it’s absolutely dead and yet there is no paper in any of the pumps. Once we asked and they said that the store keeps taking their paper.. someone is really incompetent here because all they gotta do is order more paper. Tesco is one of the biggest companies in the UK so I’m really confused why it is so difficult for them to solve the pump printer problem. If they can’t afford paper then give us the option to send the receipt through email. Lot of people are self employed and are using receipts for their book keeping and tax return. This place used to be alright, now it’s dumpster fire.

   Please put a note on stuff that doesn't work. Came a few months (2023)ago to vacuum my car and after fiddling and trying to work it out, decided to go and ask, only to find out that the machine isn't working. Today April 2024, still not working ...guy infront if me tried for a couple of minutes but gave up. I asked again, but nope, not working. Please put an "out of order" sign up. Thanks.

   Never open until it says it is. Just been over, website says open until midnight. It's 10:30pm and it's closed. Called to clarify what time it opens in the morning. After going through 10 million different selections to try and speak to somebody, the auto answer kicks in to say they are closed. Pathetic customer service.

   Called in to wash my car as it as been closed due to restrictions .a member of the staff had just washed her car.. I tried it never came on .. reported it to the same member of staff who came out to see what had happened.. next minute the language was shocking !!! ..never use it again or go into the garage..I am a Tesco employee but this could have been anyone using the jet wash .Disgusting unprofessional behaviour...

   Pleasant staff there. I love the butties and you do get a very good meal deal. I've never had to queue up to get served unlike Morrisons. Plenty of pumps and you can choose either cashier or card if you're in a hurry. Never had a problem here. Highly recommend this place.

   Last month I had the misfortune of filling my diesel car with £20 of unleaded... Once I had stopped my internal berating I popped in to see the manager to let him know i would be blocking his pump for a while. I can honestly say that man is a credit to the Tesco brand. He was symptathic and helpful, we pushed my vehicle to the back of the station to remove it from the forecourt and he fetched myself and my wife a coffee, offered us his assistance any way he could, he genuinely eased my concern and deserves commendation for his attitude, thoughtfulness and customer service. Sadly I did not write his name down but if anyone from Tesco read this they need to pass on this review. A* service.

   How to review a petrol station? Well it was really clever, I put payment into a machine and it gave me some funny tasting liquid in return, I tried it on my Roses but they died, great for getting the bonfire going, though.
