I've tried contacting the company for a few months as they haven't honoured my tax rebate. when I got in touch with of the staff they assured me that I will be getting my cheque from them. Not received anything from them. Called on the number advertised on the site. Kept saying they're busy or put on hold.

AVOID AVOID AVOID DO IT YOUR SELF ONLINE. THEY TAKE A 50% CUT AND THATS THEY BOTHER TONSEND YOU YOUR CHEQUE AFTERWARDS RESEARCH AND DO IT YOURSELF IF ITS NOT THE GOV ROBBING YOU ITS THESE GUYS
Non stop calls, just leave me alone! Avoid, I’m sure their services match to that of the quality of their phone calls, unprofessional bunch of jokers.
Beware of this company! I have been dealing with Ted King about a possible R&D claim for a month now - he treated me like his best friend up until the point I told him I'd decided to go with another firm, at which point he said "OK fine" and hung up on me! After listening to all of his aggressive and salesy pitches about how much money he could claim for my company (his vagueness and pushiness left me less trusting of the whole process) he has hounded me with calls almost every day trying to get me to sign their letter of engagement and then this. Unbelievable way to treat someone and totally unprofessional.
