1. 200mph ★☆☆☆☆

   I was trying again to collect my parcel today after 3 weeks of being hold by this store! The worker behind the till was so arogant I just could not believed that customers can be treated like that this days. He was rude all the time and when I finaly had enough, told him that i'm not happy for this service, he told me that he will not relise this parcel to me. This is my PARCEL, not his... Unbelievable! Disgusting behavior. Incompetent personnel. This guy barely speak English and have problem to type in collection code on the screen... I will add more: while i was waiting there I have noticed overwhelming dirt around, dust on shelfs, some dead bugs on the floor, and spiders living there best life in the corner of main alley... Disgusting place that have more in common with dump yard than grocery store! AVOID by all cost people.

   Today the man behind the counter was so rude and obnoxious. He made me stand in the shop for half an hour before he gave me my parcel because he doesn't know how to behave probably treats his wife the same. If DHL ever leave a parcel at that store for me in the future, they can go and collect it themselves. The shop assistant clearly thinks he can treat customers as if they are something he stood in Anyone going to this shop need to have a word with themselves. I wasn't even a customer.

   I had two very parcels delivered there, i had a text from yodel on Monday evening to say they've been delivered - went in Tuesday afternoon, could see loads of very bags at the side, only for them to say mine isn't there whilst putting his hand up for me to be quiet while they continue to talk to each other, I came away and got in touch with both very and yodel today which took me pretty much all day to find that they had been delivered. Went back in with my dad the guy looked smug saying it's not there, so we asked him to check again, all of a sudden they were there and "oh they were delivered here this morning" I rarely go in here and when i do i find them very rude, either talking on their phone and not interested in their customers to not responding when you do speak to them. Wont be using them again.

   Opens at 7 monday to Friday and closes every night at 10, has a little bit of everything including a big drinks selection. Cash machine charges you. Clippys, raws and elements on tap. The only shop in beechwood, so you better like it!
