   I absolutely dread dealing with taxes, numbers, forms, calculations, hmrc, all of it - John literally took the job at hand [preparing taxes] which I have been putting off for months and sorted it so efficiently with super speed! Very responsive, answers emails, and is clearly experienced and knows what needs to be done. This would have taken me weeks to figure out myself and even then I would have ended up doing it wrong.
