   I feel the need to warn both potential tenants and landlords with regards to this building after having lived there for 7 years. Landlords - Don't waste your money purchasing a property in this building. The management company does nothing in relation to fixing issues relating to the security and upkeep of the building which makes you wonder where does the service charge money go? it is going downhill fast! It was a great place to live 7 years ago not anymore. The intercom doesn't work, both the garage doors break down regularly and there's a constant battle with the homeless trespassing and sleeping under stairwells and on the staircases with evidence of their hard drug use. Tenants - at £500 per month it is not worth it! especially with an additional £100 for "secure parking" if you're lucky. Some letting companies advertise this building as having a small gym, this is not the case, it is now just storage that is locked all the time and the laundry room is basically none functional due to the homeless damaging and stealing the money for the machine. There's also a recurring and regular issue with the fire alarm going off, disruptive tenants on other floors and regular smells of marijuana on most of the floors. This is not a reflection of the staff that work on-site but more to do with the powers that be that hold the purse strings.

   The alarm goes off in the middle of the night almost once a week, which is unnacceptable, as it always ends up being false. This has become very inconvenient, and needs to be adressed. Maybe it's because of the people who are smoking in the underground car park, as I've noticed many times.

3. Landlord For tenants ★★★☆☆

   Hi, as a landlord of a apartments in the skyline building I can assure you we pay service charge every three months with proof to ( urban evolution lettings ) in Liverpool. Unfortunately this company seem very dodgy just look at reviews about them and even us landlords now are starting to wounder where is the money going.
