   I like to support local businesses and to give positive feedback where it's due. Unfortunately, my experience today (and previous visits) warrants a negative review. I was ignored for 5 minutes when arriving (4 people working were busy), not a "we'll be with you shortly ", nothing. When I was spoken to it was curt, rude and totally uninterested. If the staff at this pharmacy hate their jobs, the management needs to address it. Pharmacies have increased their position as health care providers and perhaps the staff need additional training.

   Booked an appointment for my daughters foot that we have been waiting for a few weeks to get and managed to get her an appointment and the lady on the phone said your appointment is at 11:15 am and we travelled an hour to get to the doctors due to my daughter’s university and they refused to see her when we got there at 11:15 the receptionist Trish said you missed your appointment as the appointment was supposed to be at 11:00 which we were not told we were told about! I am disgusted at the level of response we were given! And disappointed in the manor practice as we have been with them for many years

   Help : if anyone knows the owner, please let me have some contact details! (Thanks) I’d like to see local businesses flourish, but from my own experience and of many others who I’ve spoken to… the service at this pharmacy has deteriorated beyond belief. I am offering the owner (no cost from me) to spend time with him / her and his team to have some firm, but fair feedback - but also help them improve. I’ve very much held back just criticising them as many elderly folks depend on them and I would rather see them improve for their sake. For the sake of the community, please reach out. I want to see you succeed.

   It’s always sad that you can’t give minus stars on occasions like this. I have had the most frustrating experience with this pharmacy today when I tried to get an emergency prescription for some of my heart medication. From the outset the attitude of both members of staff present was can’t do, not a glimmer of helpful advice from either of them. This is not the first time I’ve had a bad experience at this establishment and that is without mentioning the pathetic lack of space they have for customers. Unless or even if you are on your last legs I would avoid this pharmacy at all costs.

   Hate going to the pharmacy Always queues and chaotic No communication and bad attitude Waited 40 mins watching 5 people chatting to each other Complained about delay like everyone else but no apology

   avoid!! incompetent, slow, all stand around gossiping, no care at all that some people literally need this medication to live!

   Very difficult to make an appointment. Forget the phone, if you can get through you’re talked out of appointment. If you can book one be prepared to wait a week. When you attend the appointment they run around 20 minutes late, first thing in the morning. God help you if it’s something major and you need to get in ASAP

   I have never been seen on time at all, the littlest wait being 45min. Some of the doctors are great, others are not. There is one I refuse to see now after he gave me a load of tablets to help me, only to find I couldn't take them as I was breastfeeding (I asked a load of times are they OK while breastfeeding, he kept saying yes, it was the pharmacy who said no, and the packaging, they causes babies heart to slow down, so very dangerous!) can't wait to move doctors.
