I thouroughly recommend this pharmacy for the Pharmacy First service. It was excellent service. Seen straight away by pharmacist. Given advice. The perfect version of Pharamacy First unlike Boots Pharmacy in Gracechurch who unless you have an appointment won't see you. Pharamacy First is promoted as a walk-in service. I have been a patient in this pharmacy for years. My prescription is always on time. I'm thrilled with the quality. Highly recommend. The Pharmacist is always helpful and the Asian girl on counter is very polite and always greets with a smile. Great customer service.
Following poor service at the pharmacy attached to my doctor's surgery, I switched to Peak Pharmacy. I've found their service excellent - prescriptions sent electronically from the doctors are made up promptly and they text you to collect them. In my case because I have mobility issues they deliver at no additional cost. The shop and pharmacy are well staffed and queues (if any) are rare and short.
Love this pharmacy! The lady with the dark, bobbed hair (sorry I don't know her name) but she is always so lovely and so helpful and always goes that extra mile for you. She even told us about a HRT Prescription Certificate that I didn't know about and it has helped us save so much over year. Really am so grateful, it's a massive help and always lovely to pop in (and my prescription is always ready and if it isn't they always do what they can to help or advise us) Thanks everyone.
Great system for getting Covid booster & flu jabs - sorted my Dad out today & the nurse offered me the two jabs too even though I wasn't booked in. Very friendly & professional.
Whenever I come to this chemist to purchase items, I get interrogated. The Asian young girl is overdoing her job. Never coming in here again.
Very helpful staff, knowledgeable and friendly. The pharmacist will always help out with any queries about medication.
Decent pharmacy usually have everything you need in stock but can be quite a wait some times
