I am not sure what on earth is going on in this pharmacy it is utterly woeful. My Prescription was missed abd they blamed the Doctors in the surgery. If you didn't need their services when you were ill it would be almost funny. I am changing to Boots.

Staff always very helpful. Kim and Kelly treat me like family and always have. Nothing is too much trouble for them AAA+++ Since Kim and Kelly haven’t been there the male pharmacist is not very good at all he ignores you, his attitude is bad and most of the time your prescription isn’t ready and you have to wait sometimes over 30 minutes. Been in today 16th December for prescription taken in on Tuesday issued by my nurse and some correct items have quantity short and ribbons I have to insert into my back have been issued different from the prescription another item has to be ordered for Monday Absolutely disgusting when I have to have items for treatment for me having cancer
All my prescriptions come from here. I get txt message to say when available. Can order repeat medication from Drs and pick up here. Busy hard working and efficient team. Helpful.
Very handy if you are a regular visitor to the doctors but very slow. Three people behind the counter serving customers at the rate of 1 per 5 minutes. I rang the pharmacy 22 times before I set off from home but the phone number was permanently engaged. So I set off anyway. After all that the prescription I had ordered onlne 5 days earlier wasn't ready anyway
Being inside the Doctor's Surgery, this pharmacy is ideal for medication following an appointment. I must say it's also the quickest pharmacy I've visited, we're talking less than 5 minutes every time I've been in from handing in the prescription to receiving the medication. Highly recommended.
