Lovely pharmacy very helpful when you are actually in the shop but nil stars for answering phone if they only took the trouble to answer then sometimes its a quick question , but l have held on and held on for a long time and still no one answers . This really lets your pharmacy down , such a shame . Please sort this out !!
Such wonderfully caring staff, so helpful and really want to make a positive difference. Despite being shattered and very busy on Christmas week, they made time, were so polite and did all they possibly could to help. Thank you.

Walmley Pharmacy are amazing. They were able to get a prescription in for me overnight that 7 other pharmacies had told me they were out of stock of and didn't know when they would be back in stock of. The shop is an absolute gem and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Mohammed was a pleasure to speak to and went out of his way to assist, which is truly appreciated!
Absolutely awful customer service and professionalism. Needed an emergency item and 111 told me to go here as was open until 11pm. Phoned from 10pm onwards and no answer. Arrived at the location to two young female staff members who firstly didn’t open the door and clearly wanted to watch the clock until closing time. After knocking consistently they finally opened and clearly had disturbed their dinner as they were eating a takeaway as the delivery driver was stood chatting away. This was clearly a priority over helping customers. Was told they didn’t answer the phone as they maybe were on another call. Absolutely shocked by the service we received which was very dismissive and was in disbelief especially as someone who works in healthcare.
Why state you open at 8am when you clearly don’t? I stood outside until 8:15 this morning in the cold and now I’m late for work. Sort yourselves out!!!
Used to be organised with pleasant staff who were efficient. The last few times it has been nothing but, we haven’t in stock and the dr needs to prescribe an alternative when I asked what the alternative is they couldn’t tell me and said the dr will know! Well I hope so! So chaotic, always a queue , and just awful sorry but I think I need to change to Lloyds. Apologies to Ann who has now restored my faith in this pharmacy very helpful and went out of her way to eventually sort me out this review was not aimed at you thank you Lisa
Finally found a good pharmacy that offers exceptional customer service! The staff are really helpful and polite, they go above and beyond to help you. Really pleased with the recommendation.
