The Pharmacy had gained a bad reputation over the last few years but glad to say it has Really kicked on since the staff re shuffle in the last year or so with very polite and proffesional staff normal service resumed

AVOID...Man on till no clue, asked out the back to a female. I assume the pharmacist who I heard blatantly heard loudly take the Mickey out of what I wanted. Loud in the shop!! Extremely rude embarrassing and unprofessional. Don't visit if you need something that is rather sensitive, they will ridicule you in public. Disgusting and shameful. I was speechless and dumbfounded by who I assume was the pharmacist. No customer confidentiality at all. AVOID!!!!! TILE CROSS BRANCH. I WILL BE REPORTING !!
worst pharmacy by far never got what you need the stuff are rude and they say on there website open at 9 yet im currently standing out side as no one will open the shop.... its a mess in there delivery boxes in the way its just not a nice shop
If I could give it no star rating I would but no option for that. This is by far the worst chemist in this area, went to collect prescription only to be told I had collected it, told them that I haven’t took 4 times constantly asking them to double check and an hours wait in this chemist for them to finally find it saying it was hidden round the back! Worst customer service ever
Worst pharmacy I have ever used never have your medication ready and when it is ther is always something missed the have to owe you some. One time I had to collect my husband’s medication the asked me to confirm my address as they usually do when I got home I was given some else’s medication I always check the address my self now just one Saturday I asked my son to collect my prescription he came back with 1 of the items missing and they never told him it’s getting beyond a joke, another time they were short staffed and that locked the door you had to wait outside ring the bell the assistant would come to the door ask you what you want then lock the door go and went to get my prescription she handed it to me then locked the door I checked it whilst still outside the shop ang again items were missing so I rang the bell again no one come I was waiting for ages then I see the shop assistant walk passed me and get in her car a drive off there was a large queue behind me the keys were in the door but no one came to the door I had to leave I had been there an hour I couldn’t wait any longer I also find the staff to be very rude
Many mornings I have gone to Chemist and the place is closed light are on but the Assistant explains there's no Pharmacist present, I worked at Jaguar Cars and everybody had to be at there station by 7.30 for production to start if I could manage to get to work on time I'm sure someone with a University degree can. Scratching my head.
I don’t know where to even start! Every time I come to this chemist, there is nothing but waiting around! We are told that there will be a 10 minute wait and for 5 minutes of this we listen to laughing and talking, this is clear to me that they are not looking for my prescription they are having a nice chat! Many people have said the same thing! This is highly unacceptable. Today o was told my prescription needed checking and this took nearly 20 minutes and I was the only other person in the store, why does this take so long! Seriously not happy. Something needs to change immediately.
