   Opening times wrong online (assuming I had until 5pm according to their online info), called to check if they had medication in stock as no other pharmacy has it. Told me they're closing in 2 min (was 12.50pm) could have got there in 2min before 1pm which seems like a more normal time to close. Refused leaving me to call around further or go back on Monday for antibiotics i really need. (Ive already tried 2 other pharmacy's and no one has it)

   Staff refused to refund my order and told me I had to take it back to the store I purchased it from. Staff need some obvious training on how their returns and refund policy works.
