   I was sent to this Pharmacy by My GP for a 24 hour Blood pressure monitor due to my blood pressure being consistently very high. They fitted the monitor and arranged an appointment for the same time the following day to receive my results. On arriving a the pharmacy for my results appointment, I was told that there was no one available to give me the results. I returned to the store later that day and received my results. I was shocked that they told me my blood pressure was completely normal and even gave me a print out of the 24 hour period showing normal blood pressure. I told the assistant that the report was wrong and questioned if the results were mine at all. I have had consistently high blood pressure for over 2 years. I asked the assistant to check my blood pressure with a different machine which he did straight away. It show a dangerously high blood pressure of 170 over 84. The 24 hour machine is not to be trusted and I suggest that Pan Pharmacy stop this practice, or have their machines calibrated. I would never trust this store for this type of thing. 22/10/25 Following my phone call to the store manager and a positive Conversation, he invited me in for retest. He conducted the retest himself and I felt confident with his knowledge and recommendations. This time I felt that the process was done correctly and the information provided was invaluable. Thank you Jag for your professionalism and your time. I have changed the stars from 1 to 4

   The team at this pharmacy has been fantastic with my dad’s care. Today, a young man there helped him with a 24-hour blood pressure check. They also take the time to explain medications clearly, making it easy for my dad to manage his health. It’s obvious they genuinely care about their customers. Highly recommend this pharmacy!

   My local and dependable pharmac it's my nominated pharmacy why my GP sends my repeat prescriptions y, the staff are all very helpful especially Maria, she always has a smile on her face so helpful & cheerful. I was in there a few minutes ago and there was an elderly lady talking to her, she was so patient taking the time to listen to her, that may have been only person that lady met today who took time to speak with her in such an engaging way. She was really thankful to her say expressing how much she feels looked by them. Well done guys, keep up the good work we need you in the community..

   I went to this pharmacist to get some vitamin B tablets. It says on the packet do not exceed recommended dose. There's no recommended dose on the packet and it was not recommended by my physician so the pharmacist should have recommended the dose to me but did not.
