   Not happy to visit this pharmacy from previous experience sadly no choice due to a emergency sadly again I receive negative response from the shop assistant Kelly and this behaviour is not acceptable and I had the same concerns 2 years ago obviously Lloyd's pharmacy don't really care about the staff they employ and the poorvservice there staff are giving.

   The lovely lady who dealt with me on arrival was fantastic. She had currently come from the tile cross shop always happy with her performance. Sadly this can not be said for the unprofessional pharmacist along with the so called assistant Kelly who rudely spoke about me loud enough from behind the counter for me to hear. I feel upset that they think this is acceptable the assistant obviously has no morals which I expect Sadly the pharmacist should.

   I’m a key worker for emergency services went to collect my prescription this morning after being told to only go out if need be with this virus At 8.30. To be told not opening till 9.30 A old lady in front of me had to go home with out her prescription II know they have to look after themselves and we all after take care but close longer for lunch Consider the people who have to work & the old people who had to come back out again

   During the last 5 (plus) years, I have found the Pharmacist at this branch of Lloyds to be most attentive to my medical needs. Quite regularly, when I am collecting my monthly prescription of medication, on spotting me, he will ask me whether I have a couple of minutes to spare to discuss with him (in the privacy of his office) my medication, and any queries or other potential medical problems that I may have. These little "meetings" only last about 5-10 minutes, and I find that he is always ready to review almost any question relating to my current medication and/or other health topic/issue that I, or even he, may suspect may be of benefit to me, and will advise me accordingly. In short, I find that the Service that he provides is almost like having a "second Doctor" who is happy to ensure that I am receiving the best treatment possible! 10 out of 10!

   Disappointing! One of the items on our prescription had to be ordered in, we were advised a member of staff will call us to let us knk w when it would be ready. It was left to us to chase it up. No apology or explanation offered.
