   Absolutely poor! Made me wait 15 mins for prescription, to tell me they only had 1 out 4 in stock. Then took another 20 min solving another customer's problem while making me wait, despite being there first!!! Stupidity at its best! Then to top it off, served 3 more customers in between. Hideous!!

   This used to be an amazing pharmacy. Fantastic staff and knowledgable pharmacist. Now they’re changing hands, the usual staff have gone and it’s a mess. I’ve been left without life saving medication for several days, been left several days unable to take life saving medication, my prescriptions have just vanished, have had to reorder from my gp to a different pharmacy. Phone-calls go unanswered, they’re shut for several hours days on end as there’s no staff, hour wait for prescriptions that have been sent in days ago, the list goes on. No longer my pharmacy, will be getting my prescriptions sent to ones near my work that is not a lloyds.

   I get my prescription from there but either their system is down or as at the moment closed due to lack of pharmacist as at the moment. When are working don't answer the phone. I will be switching to my nearest Boots.

   Dreadful service, you now have to wait for prescriptions to be made up. I'll be looking for a new pharmacy for my medication in the future.

   Took them 35 min to get one prescription made. Pharmacist is really useless at his job. I will get my next repeat prescription from Pharmacy2U as they post medicine to your home.

   Took 40 minutes to dispense 3 items. Over charged me for an item which they did not ultimately have. Promised that I would receive a card refund for the item... which never materialised.

   The lady serving behind the counter with the shoulder length brown hair and glasses is very rude, especially if you have a child with you. This is the second time I have been to this chemist and she has had the same attitude. Looking at other reviews it has been the same for years clearly nothing has been done about it. Time to send my prescription elsewhere!

   The lady with the brown hair & glasses was so intrusive, I specifically asked for medication to buy & she kept asking me intrusive questions & repeatedly asked me the same questions! I understand if you buy codeine tablets, they have to by law warn you not to take them more than 3 days as they can be addictive. This server lady was asking me so many questions I got offended as she made out I was lying to her! I am not surprised that the store is empty & hardly any stock in-store. The server person needs to learn people skills as she is vile to customers, I've never been in the store before and I'll never visit again... Everrrrr!
