Very helpful staff that went the extra mile for me today! From the lovely young assistant to the experienced pharmacist Asma, they served every single customer with the same attention and caring manner.
This used to be a good chemist. Now they have a don't care less attitude.
My wife Collected a prescription on Saturday 11 April. Door was locked, so she politely knocked as the opening hours suggested that the shop was open. A male covered in head to toe with a gown, face mask and face shield came to the door and shouted ‘what do you want!’ In an aggressive tone. She explained she needed to collect a prescription. He closed and locked the door without another word and went back int the shop. A few minutes later he reappeared opened the door a few inches and again barked out aggressively ‘address!’ My wife asked him to adjust his attitude, but he simply offered out the medicine (so breaking the 2m distance anyway) We’re all in this together. There’s no reason for discourteous and disrespectful behaviour to each other. If it wasn’t for the fact that we do not have a choice where to collect the prescription, I suspect this pharmacy would not be in business for long.
