Been using this pharmacy since moving to the area as it's local to me and the receptionist Anful is very helpful and friendly. The pharmacist Halima is super helpful and will always try her best to answer any questions I have. Both of them are brilliant can not recommend this place enough

I've been using this Pharmacy for several years now, staff are always very kind and helpful, as soon as I walk in they know what/who I'm there for, always offer to help carry heavy bags to car or open the door. Very helpful in the past with medication issues going above and beyond. Been in today and had blood pressure check, very nice member of staff Humayun did this for me.

I have used this chemists for a few years and always found them all very welcoming and knowledgeable. Recently I have received excellent service from Humayuh who was very knowledgeable and helpful also. My mother has been using Pan Pharmacy for a long time. She doesnβt speak English, but Halima and Anfal always treat her with patience and kindness, making sure she understands and feels comfortable. Unfortunately, there has been another member of staff β a short white lady β who has been rude to her, which was very upsetting. Halima and Anfal, however, have restored our trust. They show real respect and care, and that makes a big difference for someone like my mum who struggles with the language.

Complete greed on ordering medication brands, the customer service is the worst Iβve seen in the pharmaceutical industry! They treat their staff poorly too. Always have been getting my medications wrong & having many errors which is concerning as some people rely on medication to surviveβ¦ I also feel they treat people of race differentlyβ¦ Another branch treated me so kindly after hearing my experience with this branch and provided the patient service which should always be provided. Iβve been nice to the staff there for too long even after all the issues they caused me with my meds. They are full of greed and make excuses for ordering medications. Definitely avoid or change to another branch!!

Poor customer service. On a Friday after work, went to collect my child's prescription sent by the doctor electronically. Rather than the prescription being ready they couldn't find my child's online prescription and then they sent me to the Pharmacy at the Radleys. Went there and they found my child's prescription but they didn't have the medicine, so the pharmacist rang this Pan pharmacy to explain the situation. Then I drove back to this pharmacy. The pharmacist still couldn't find the prescription. After a long delay he managed to find the prescription but only partly had the medicine. At this point I asked for the person in charge of the pharmacist. The guy behind the counter said he was in charge. It was an elderly clueless pharmacist with glasses. He didn't have a clue unfortunately. No apologies or anything. This was my main pharmacy but changed due lack of medicine and badly run.

Every Tuesday I pick up my weekly medication, just like alot of other people. I own a small Garage Car repair business, all my work is pre booked. 7 times in total, the pharmacist turns up after 10am, causing myself to lose work, not only me. Plenty of times some disabled pensioners have been waiting for their medication after struggling to to get them themselves. As I said 7 Times so far total. I myself have lost Β£180 in pre booked work because I've not been there. Those customers have gone somewhere else & I doubt will ever return. When she does turn up, she come in smiling like it's a joke, NEVER ONCE AN APOLOGY. I even changed my opening times to 9.30 on Tuesdays with no luck, still always late. I have now complained through NHS & I will be claiming my losses back through small claims as I have all appointments on record with text messages from my customers saying I'm messing them about. It's not fair on any one, including the other staff who work there. The other staff are Brilliant, not their fault. I have complained many times without any resolution. Now it's Time to take further.

Attempted to call regarding my prescription and the staff member on the phone was so incredibly rude. I understand that were currently facing a pandemic and it's a very stressful time for everyone, but I was incredibly polite when contacting the pharmacy and on more than one occasion now have been spoken to awfully. I understand staff are probably very busy and incredibly stressed and tired, but there is no need to take that out on customers who just want to inquire after their medication, especially when the customer is polite and respectful.
