   Absolutely fantastic service from Manor Pharmacy for myself and my family. We have been coming here for a good number of years and the staff always go above and beyond to help. If ever they can help you with selecting the right medication or treatment they offer a thorough consultation in their treatment rooms on site which I have used a fair few times for my young children who are asthma sufferers and in the winter period when they get worse we rely on this pharmacy a lot. I can only recommend Manor Pharmacy and have done so to other family and friends.

   Not sure what has happened of late here, three times THREE times I have been given the wrong persons name on medication - one instance the wrong medication also. Please review data protection policies and adhere - the complete lack of attention is terrible and quite frankly frightening considering you are handling medication.

   > The service here is extremely slow and disorganized. I waited over 25 minutes even though there was hardly anyone there. Staff seemed confused and unprepared. The guy refused me the COVID jab I was disappointed and confused. Definitely I'll find another Farmacy.One star is too generous.

   I recently completed my placement at a fantastic pharmacy, and I can't speak highly enough about my experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a warm and friendly staff who made me feel right at home. Their professionalism and dedication to providing top-notch customer service were evident in every interaction. The pharmacy itself boasts a welcoming environment. It’s clear that a lot of thought has gone into creating a space that is both functional and pleasant for customers and staff alike. A special mention must go to the owner, Naser. He is truly amazing and played a pivotal role in making my placement such a rewarding experience. Naser’s expertise and passion for his work are truly inspiring. He took the time to mentor me personally, providing invaluable insights and guidance that have significantly enriched my knowledge and skills. Overall, this pharmacy is a shining example of what a community pharmacy should be. The friendly staff, excellent environment, and exceptional leadership by Naser make it a wonderful place for both customers and anyone fortunate enough to work or train there. I am incredibly grateful for the opportunity to have been a part of this team and look forward to seeing the continued success of the pharmacy.

   I used this Pharmacy today really feel the lady serving people on the counter was the only good person in this Pharmacy.The colleagues dealing with the prescription really need to be trained properly my experience today was awful since Lloyds handed over the shop to this company.

   Popped into the Pharmacy on the way to the Airport to get last min items we had planned to get from the Airport. Great location as this is set back from the main road and has plenty of parking space outside. The staff were really polite, helpful and advised on which items would work best for us. They have a large variety of items branded and non branded giving you the option to be able to buy within your budget. The Pharmacist in store was very knowledgeable and provided us with medicines for our travel, again options to suit for our budget, saved us ££’s compared to what we would have spent at the Airport. A***** service. Highly recommend.
