    My goodness, what a positive experience I had at the pharmacy yesterday. I'd gone with the intention to buy an over the counter treatment. The assistant was so helpful and suggested that I could talk with the pharmacist. I sat in the consultation room where she entered just shortly after. Again, the pharmacist was so lovely and helpful. I came away with a treatment from the shelf, and a real appreciation of their care and customer service. Thank you very much.

    If I could give them zero stars I would. Had a prescription for antibiotics post complicated dental surgery. They refused to accept the script because it didn’t have a date on it. Despite seeing my face was swollen and I couldn’t talk properly, nor seeing my Nurses badge or seeing my surgical consent form along with text message stating my appointment was still not enough. Their only solution was that the sick patient in already a lot of pain and discomfort must drive back almost 10miles to get a date put on it. Very unprofessional, unhelpful. I’d hate to see how they’d deal with the elderly or disabled. This pharmacy will close very soon

    I given 2 stars and I think I'm being generous there, since it has been took over the overall state of the pharmacy is crap. There always seems to be a problem with either they haven't got certain medication or they like to give the cheaper version even when it's been stated on my prescription

    Useless chemist every time you go for a prescription they say you are owed an item.then i asked someone to get my prescription as there was two waiting they only gave them one so ended up having to go back again do the staff know what they are doing at all?

    Unfortunately, the staff at this chemist seem to do simple mistakes. And although the job they do is a responsible one their cannot be any excuse for given me the wrong repeat prescription for a different medication. Not a problem, mistakes are made, but it becomes a problem when you try to phone them to help them but they don't pick up the phone.

    People who have given this chemist a 1 star review because they had to wait a few minutes need to find some patience. Staff are very friendly and helpful and I have only had 1 occasion when they didn't have all my tablets in over 3yrs.

    Hi I don’t normally like leaving reviews but I feel like I have to in this case to stick up for the staff because I think they do a great job in there and very professional, as for having to wait a bit for medication it’s a dangerous job guys and if it means waiting five minutes then I’m happy to cos if they rush it could cost you your life, I think they are amazing in there
