If I could give a negative review, I would. Very rude, dismissive and patronising. the pharmacist seems to think customers are a nuisance. I am contemplating making a formal medical complaint about his negligence regarding dispensing of meds, will proceed once spoken with the G.P.

It is a shame you can’t put a minus star number. Extremely rude! I asked for help and was made to feel like I was bothering the short male pharmacist He did not attempt to even look at me when I asked for advice. Instead fobbed me off and continued with his work on his computer. He talked down to me and made me feel like my medical question was stupid. He went onto diagnosing my ailment from a distance without even assessing me or coming over to the counter to talk to me. I ended up going over the road to another pharmacist, who happily advised and gave me the advice and medicine I needed. Avoid at all costs - unless you want to be ignored and spoken to like you are child !

The counter staff are very pleasant but the pharmacist just spoke to me like a child! He has challenged every prescription I have ever taken and is rude, abrupt and unfriendly. Doesn't know how to smile or talk politely.

The staff of this pharmacy needs some customer interaction training. I have felt this pharmacy should close its business and hand it over to someone else by hiring some decent talent. Either the pharmacist is away when one lands up to collect medicine and wait there for ages. Or the medicine they will provide will not contain the medicine you have been prescribed. The pharmacist talk so rudely like it seems we have visited this pharmacy for medication or for seeing a rude person. I have unfortunately been using this pharmacy out of compulsion. But thankfully there is another decent pharmacy across the road with sufficient staff to cater to peoples demand.

Does not even deserve a one star, a training course in empathy and customer service is clearly needed. Rude abrupt staff, that challenge instead of asking questions, really appalling from all aspects of customer service from phoning to entering the pharmacy, interpersonal skills of the staff is zero. A pharmacy that is supposed to serve the local community yet does not understand customer service 0 out of 5.

My Wife and myself attended Lloyds pharmacy wylde green today (7/9/21) for a blood pressure check and paid £7.50 each for the short test, the pharmacist who performed the test is very abrupt, rude, big-headed and impatient, he talks to you like you are a small child, My wife who has anxiety problems found the visit quite upsetting. We will never return.

I've been going there for years. The Pharmacist is very good, his attitude is all an act, like Basil Faulty. He's a legend. The staff love him !
