My baby suffered terrible nappy rash and was really in a lot of pain and the usual creams weren't doing anything. I sent my husband to ask for advice, but he was met with such a deadpan uncaring pharmacist with absolutely no suggestions. We ended up going to Boots at Princess Alice and the pharmacist immediately suggested clotramizole and it has improved the nappy rash overnight.

Couldn't answer any questions about nappy rash help or anything. Might as well be a corner shop for basics.

Extraordinary chemist. Off the scale helpful, friendly and knowledgable. Very, very good counter assistant who recently joined them. The only thing letting them down is that they don't answer the phone. Frustrating in the extreme and well reported by other disgruntled customers. All your hard work in other areas is being negated by your inability to master a basic communication problem. Sort your phones out for goodness sake! When will it dawn on you that you will always be a 4 star pharmacy rather than the 5 star you are unless you take remedial action with regard to this fundamental business requirement?

Terrible service with major issues of confidentiality as staff discuss medications and medical conditions openly in the shop. 3 times I have had to complain, no more, moved to a different pharmacy so hope they can figure out professionalism. Avoid this place like the plague.

Absolutely disappointed with this pharmacy I once trusted! I use this place to buy my dressing for my ankle, I have always been charged £5 or 50p per 3x3"(7.5x7.5cm) soft border allevyn dressings. Today, I was served by this young lady with long blonde hair. She charged £30 for the same product I've always been charged £5. I question it, and she explained that it was the price on their system. However, I had no choice but to take the product as I have an ulcer on my ankle that needs covering. 40 minutes later, I returned to question it again because I found the exact same product online on Amazon and other independent sites for £12-16! She went on to say that they charge £30 because they're an independent chemist and make no profit on this product and that they were the most expensive dressing on the market! I get I that it looks like I was undercharged in the past, but £30 is a con! At that point I said OK and left. Because she clearly thought I was stupid enough to fall for whatever story that came into her head to justify charging me £30 for box of 10 dressings. This has now unfortunately knocked my faith in this pharmacy and I can no longer trust their honesty and integrity! I'd like to point out that I was offered a refund. But by this point I had already opened the box and used one of the dressing!

They are the most, brilliant, helpful pharmacists in the entire country I should think. They go the extra mile and then some. Fantastic.

Brilliant pharmacy. Recently were able to order and supply a prescription that was out of stock (everywhere locally) within the hour. Today they took my order for COVID tests over the phone and supplied to my door with no delivery charge. Always helpful and go the extra mile. Really very grateful and impressed

Ordered a prescription from my Doctors at 3.15pm Wednesday afternoon, delivered just after midday Thursday. Fabulous service, thank you so much.

Unprofessional, disorganised, never answer the phone, don't deliver prescriptions when they're meant to. Twice I've had to physically go into the store to pick up a prescription for a controlled drug after waiting weeks for it to be delivered and both times there were staff stood in the back chatting and couldn't find my prescription amongst the mess of others... And then when they find it, they don't ask me any security questions, just hand it over to me... If I had the option to use somewhere else, I would.
