Saturday 3rd may. I was walking past the pharmacy with my dogs and remembered I had a prescription to collect, I asked in the door way if I could collect my prescription, the lady working came to the door to me, collected my medication and handed to me. What a lovely team of people Thank you so much, saved me waiting till after the bank holiday.
Lazy Hill has been my local pharmacy since moving here 12 years ago. They have always been there for me, with a warm smile and a genuine concern for their customers welfare. During the 3 years I was a virtual prisoner in my own home they always collected my prescriptions and delivered them to me in good time. I would recommend them to anyone. You will absolutely not regret the move.
Absolutely amazing pharmacy! I get all my prescriptions sent here as the staff know exactly how to run a pharmacy....no waits, no mess ups, great customer service and they always answer the phone! My local doctors pharmacy is awful...I'd rather travel further to pick up a prescription from here.
No problems here very friendly staff . Fast and efficient service got my prescription without any fuss. Would recommend these guys .
Went in for advice on painkillers following surgery as a health condition limits what I can take. The pharmacist listened to me and helped me devise a plan for my pain management. I found everyone there to be so welcoming and helpful. And my medication was a really great price too.
Jay and all his team are amazing. Always working hard going above and beyond to make sure everything that's needed is got. My sons disabled and we have alot of prescriptions all thought out the lockdown when we shielded him we never stressed about prescriptions because with Jay and his team looking after you there are no worries. Thank you for making our lives less complicated and less stressful. A true caring pharmacist and team. Thanks all :)
I cannot begin to praise the service offered by this pharmacy enough. They offered me more support than my GP practice. My husband was terminally ill and trying to get the surgery to sort things in a timely manner was a nightmare. I arrived at the pharmacy to see if they could help; the support and kindness shown by the pharmacist, Jay, and his team was on another level. I was close to breaking down in tears as the surgery hadn't sent any prescription through for liquid food that my husband desperately needed. Jay calmly and kindly took hold of my situation and got resolve for me there and then. He did this several times over the following weeks. I feel blessed to have such a wonderful Pharmacist on the doorstep. thank you Jay. A well deserved 5 stars from me and my daughter.
