It takes between 15 an 20 times of ringing before any one picks up or it will ring an they cut you off its a disgusting service thn you wait over a week for medication
Closed 20 minutes early in the Christmas period, meaning I am without the medication I need for multiple days. Selfish and disgraceful.
Never answers the phone try numerous times throughout the day! Not a good service when you need to speak to someone. Touchwood at St John’s are much more efficient
Went in to fill it prescription given by the Stroke ward at Newcross hospital. 300 my of Asprin for a 10 day period. Although they had 75mg on the shelf THEY refused to give me them as they were incapable of working out the maths. They would order for me and would be in, in 5 to 7 days. I wonder if my blood clot will have dispersed or of i will be dead. Thank-you Touchwood.
Went to pick up a prescription. 4 very miserable looking staff . I appreciate they were busy but no hello , smile or apology for waiting a long time. Could feel the tension amongst them all !
