Excellent pharmacist - diagnosed a bacterial chest infection which I couldn’t shake off. Recommended that I call 111 and I returned just over 3 hours later to pick up some antibiotics. Thank you so much.
Prescription was sent to our nominated pharmacy but they didn’t have it in stock so I rang Robin Hood pharmacy and they had it and even delivered it without me asking them. I couldn’t make it to collect the prescription and was planning on going in the evening but thankfully they had delivered beforehand. 10/10 for customer service and efficiency! Will definitely use them again.
What an outstanding pharmacy this is. The staff are friendly, kind, attentive and understanding. Advice and support they offered helped with the medical issue I had quickly and effectively. This is why we should support local pharmacies.
Very helpful and friendly personnel. The pharmacy is well stocked. The open space gives a chance to select some of the basic medicines conveniently. I would definitely recommend it!

Very helpful pharmacy. Staff genuinely care about customers and will do what they can to help with regards to prescriptions and medication. Special thanks to Zafran who communicated excellently when my daughter's medication was not delivered due to a national shortage. He advised me on alternative options and managed to get the medicine delivered the next day. Would definitely recommend this pharmacy for their service.
Such a lovely pharmacy. The guy that normally serves me has great manners and also is very attentive with regards to what you need and whether it is suitable for you. On one occasion, I was told to get a cough medicine advised by docs of a specific type. He suggested a different one to me. His suggestion was perfect because my cough disappeared within 36 hours I'd say and it soothed me during my sleep. I don't think I've ever been to a pharmacy that has such amazing service. Well done to you all and thank you. If I ever feel unwell, I'm definitely going to this pharmacy because I've never been let down. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly as well! I can compliment all day but they're just that good and I've never had this experience at ANY pharmacy. Hope they stay around forever.
