   Not pleasant to use healthcare facilities especially when your ill or unwell. But this branch is superb, communication is always well presented by staff, really found them to go the extra mile. Its a very professional establishment, far superior than the well known pharmaceutical branches around the region. You wont be disappointed, I recommend using this place as your go-to for prescription items. The Pharmacist Shereen is helpful and is prepared to take time out to discuss your issues and deliver the best possible advice. The establishment will try their best to find a solution to your given difficulty.

   I’m flabbergasted by the amount of positive reviews for this place. Unless you’re receiving methadone (Yardley Wood has an abundance of real life zombies) the service for normal prescriptions is appalling. I’ve never once had a good experience here, your prescription is either never ready, not in stock or the pharmacist is not on site to sign off your prescription. I feel sorry for the counter assistant as she clearly bares the brunt of peoples frustration with this place.

   Fantastic pharmacy. The staff are amazing, always helpful and very friendly. They are always there with excellent advice. Im always greeted with a big smile thats very reassuring. Shop is always clean and tidy. I get around it with ease to pick up items. The delivery of my parents prescription is a life saver. I work late so cant always collect them. My dad has blister packs thats made up in store which is extremely handy as it does change from time to time but kate has everything in hand for him. Such a lovely girl. I would be in such a pickle without browns so thank you for making my life easier. Well done girls for always being there especially though this awful pandemic

   What an excellent pharmacy, popped in and was greeted with smiles which is a rarity these days, felt very welcome, needed help on a few things and again was greeted with such a good attitude and information. It makes a lovely change to walk into a store and see that the people working there actually cared about the store and its customers which again is a rarity. I also found the store to be spotlessly clean and easy to get around without tons of boxes waiting to be shelved. I personally will be visiting the store a lot more often than I have done and I recommend this pharmacy. Thank you for a pleasant and easy shopping day. 1st class store and 1st class staff.
