Last week I treated myself to a back massage and facial at The Cove Spa and can not wait to go back! The facilities are calming and clean. The staff are friendly. My masseuse Fatima was fantastic, I felt extremely relaxed with her and it’s the best treatment I have received. When I go back I will be specifically requesting Fatima. :)
I was for just a week in London & wishing to find a place to have a Back and Foot Massage, so I found this place, and oh WOW. I was seen by Fatimah and is simple the best. She went beyond what I have requested, as she gave massage to my head and face too. I felt well looked after and cared for. she made me feel I matter and when we go for a service that we put ourselves onto others hands, that is a very important skills to feel from the person that is looking after you. So I highly recommend The Cove Spa and ask for Fatimah, you will be very happy with her kindness, professionalism, and caring skills. I am very grateful. Thank you.
I went to cove spa for black head removal treatment on my nose. Although I was happy with the service on a few treatments the last one was really bad and has left my nose with permanent scars... For these treatments steam and a tissue paper is all that is required. However, for this treatment steam was not applied for nearly long enough and a scapel was used. I am very unhappy as this has led to permanent damage by scarring my nose... Furthermore, the blackheads weren't even really removed. To add insult to injury, I was then told after the treatment that my final treatment would not be honored as it was purchased over 12 months ago. I'm sorry to leave this negative review but my nose now has permanent damage... I really don't care about the extra treatment but I now have bad marks on my nose...
I had a deep tissue massage after doing a half marathon and it was the best massage I ever had. I did not get the name of my masseuse but I will definitely be returning. Legs feel fine the next day! Thank you!
Unfortunately, I have to give one star because they tried to charge me more than stated in their website/confirmation e-mail. They should put more effort in keeping their online information up to date. Also, please be aware that insurers might not cover massage services provided by the Cove, so please check in advance their staff qualifications if you intend to claim the costs of a treatment to your health insurer.
Highly recommend Chiswick cove spa for massage and facials. I recently visited for a birthday treat form myself and two friends. The service was exceptional with a professional booking process. The manager listened to exactly what we required and booked the right treatments for each individual. All three therapist gave us all an excellent service and we all left ever so relaxed and literally on cloud nine. A special thanks therapist Carla. My facial and full body massage was one of the best I have ever had. I will definitely be booking with her in the future. She listened to my needs and understood exactly what my body required. I can’t thank the whole team enough for everything and we all will be back very soon :)
I had a deep tissue massage on Tuesday and absolutely loved it! The whole experience was over and above what I expected. The room was lovely, the bed was comfortable and the music was just right. I was asked about what areas to focus on and felt relaxed the whole time- the pressure was firm and it really left me feeling totally revived after! She really went into detail massaging my back and shoulders as I hold a lot of tension there. It was fantastic- I can’t fault it and will 100% return!
