   Amazing pharmacy. I've recently used this pharmacy an have had the best service from kind, genuine ,caring employees who work here. The man there who takes ur name an details to pass on to the pharmacists for ur prescription has the most friendly gennuine professionl manner towards each an every customer . In my eyes it stood out a mile an was reassuring for my self to know the team work hard have time and genuinely care an treat everyone as a individual to there needs.    Absolutely appalled. Staff stare and whisper about customers they aren't discreet when discussing peoples medication. The one lady who I assume was a manager was extremely rude, had attitude also staff chewing gum while talking to customers. Woman discussing my medication and personal details without taking me aside and shouting from the back so other customers could hear. Anything personal to me should not be shouted across a shop. Do staff get customer service training? I've never experienced such poor service. Staff walking around on phones which is just disgraceful. I have mental health and after that I will never go back there. Disrespectful staff.

   This has been our pharmacy for 3 years, I find the staff friendly and happy to help. Like all pharmacies it does have busy periods which the staff work through as quick as they can. Never had any issues and would definitely recommend.
