Lovely shop, even better staff, so chatty and polite. My prescription came very fast, will definitely be going there from now on, and telling everyone I know to do the same!

Went in to buy an item off prescription. Everything was going good, was able to get what I needed, reasonable price. Paid via cash, handed the money to the cashier when returning the cash, instead of handing to me she instead dropped it onto the counter, so disrespectful. No customer service skills!

Had my blood pressure tested last week by Matthew a little bit high. Went back to have a 24hr machine fitted again by Matthew all okay .Very helpful, polite young man. Gave me lots of good advice. Many thanks Tracey.

Painfully slow service, never have the medication in stock, never ever answer the phone. Failed to put my prescription back on the Spine so when I went to another pharmacy to get it, they couldn't dispense it so had to go back here again just to get them to do this as they don't ever answer their phone. Also data protection violations with computer screen with personal information on full display. And why is a pharmacy selling tobacco products? Is this not supposed to be a place for healtcare? Shocking. Also always closed when they should be open, never heard of a pharmacy closing for lunch.

Unprofessional and rude staff. I went to collect my prescription. The assistant ignored me - continued talking to somebody she knew. Another customer left the pharmacy as I was coming in & then came back about 10 minutes later. The assistant ignored me & attended to the returning customer. Personal details like dob/name/address were taken from me - and a bag of medicines were given to me. I then realised that I had been given prescriptions for another person. His medication list was in there together with other personal details. and completely different medication. I asked to speak to the manager - a pharmacist who said he was a locum apologised and said it was because they were short staffed - I told him this was no excuse and the assistant seemed to be happy chatting and making jokes about dementia to her customers who she seemed to know. I am very concerned about this pharmacy & I think in the future I will go to Boots or Highfield Pharmacy.. Lloyds pharmacy need to make sure staff who they employ whether temporary or permanently - understand that they should pay attention and give the minimum care & courtesy as giving incorrect medication poses risks - and to joke about dementia in a pharmacy is unacceptable.

Never answer the phone. Seem to be always be understaffed. Don't respond to email queries. Only option is to go and wait in their endless queues.

Painfully slow service, staff are professional once you can speak to them! Most of the time the queues are out the door. Queue times are not that long but wait times are regularly 20-30 minutes if not longer just to pick up a prescription. Never known a pharmacy so slow. I use an online service which delivers my regular prescription direct to the pharmacy. I am now cancelling it as the pharmacy are always so slow or don't have the medication and have to order it in (even though they have received my electronic prescription a number of days prior) which turns a single trip into multiple trips to the pharmacy. Thankfully this is the last time I am coming here. I have switched to the local boots pharmacy which is smaller in size but still manages to keep wait times down.

Painfully painfully slow service here now with covid restrictions you have sick elderly people queueing standing outside in all weathers for a really long period of time. One elderly lady told me she was pushing an hour waiting outside. Another man had to leave to collect his son due to the long wait. Once inside another long wait for prescription and sent back outside to congregate in a very small area with others waiting by the door. I understand covid and how its spreads so I totally understand needing to be outside etc but something has got to give with the amount of time each prescription is taking to sort for each person in the queue. Or maybe a sign on the door explaining why things are taking so much longer now and people may have a little more patience with some understanding what's going on? because I cant understand why a queueing outside system is making everything so much longer to such a massive extent.
