The owner is exceptionally rude! As a patient I sense the awkward atmosphere when he's around, you can tell he's the type of person that will speak down to you, there's a negative aura about him. However on the other hand the rest of the staff do an amazing job and are so very helpful and professional
They have facilities available when needed but usually deal the prescriptions by your GP. But few other regular counter selling products are also available.
The owner is incredibly rude! The rest of the staff are fine and quite polite. I've even seen the owner snap at his employee's, and have noticed staff moral low when he is around. Everyone looks on edge. The manager has no customer service skills. My family and I will not be using this pharmacy again. If you don't enjoy working then don't! Take early retirement you look as though you need it! Don't make your work colleagues life miserable.
Well stocked. Always gets my medications on time
Went in for a booster shot, not my normal pharmacy but had the earliest appointments available. Two lovely ladies, and the pharmacist giving the shot, were very polite considering I was actually late and while I likely won't ever go there again simply due to distance from where I actually live. I wish them all the best and am thankful for such a great experience.
Friendly, informative and helpful staff. A bit OTT on there prices. The male counter assistant who severed me was very condescending, rude and dismissive to the female co worker who tried to help him. To lambast a fellow colleague in front of a customer is very unprofessional and embarrassing to his fellow female co worker. His action to his fellow female co worker can not continue, and so reflects in my star rating.
