   Reading the reviews thinking I was the only one that had gone through a bad experience but it seems as though this pharmacy is really bad and has unprofessional pharmacists who lack basic communication and manners. My daughter has a severe cows milk allergy and needs a certain type of milk which can’t be brought over the counter. Needed an emergency prescription as she was down to her last two feeds and the weekend have just gone called the pharmacy in the morning and asked them if they can get it in she said it will come in on the same day late afternoon so I called back and asked them if it was ready and they had mentioned that it hasn’t come through however no one contacted me to let me know bearing in mind it’s very difficult to get this milk this frustrated me as they weren’t being understanding at all furthermore they weren’t even picking the phone to release the prescription and it was nearly 6pm and my daughter was down to her last 2 feeds. Luckily after many calls to different pharmacies another pharmacy were able to give me tins. Overall bad experience changed my pharmacy I won’t be coming here again. Very rude pharmacists with moody faces making you feeling anxious and also one named ayesha very rude and sarcy.

   Absolutely disgusting The lady I spoke to in regards to 111 refering me was so rude. She claims she couldn't hear me on the phone when I told her she was being rude and doesn't need to speak to me that was. When proceeding she asked for the name and said call back Once calling back she didn't pick.up.tge phone The lady needs to either get another job as she has no phone or people skills or she needs to learns some

   I used this pharmacy for years before switching to home delivery as I wasn't able to collect my prescriptions any longer. I recently needed to pick up a prescription right away and noticed the staff at this pharmacy have now changed. The male pharmacist I spoke to was unprofessional, arrogant and lacked basic manners. I would highly recommend heading over to the pharmacy next to Omnia instead, where staff were professional, helpful and polite.

   The Hingley Pharmacy next to Yardley Green medical centre has always gone above and beyond in helping. Haven't had godd experiences with the one over the road, and as it isn't marked on the map, one wonders if perhaps people are mixing the two places up with the negative reviews. Every single time we have needed to collect they've been cheerful, helpful, and efficient.

   AVOID AVOID AVOID. Regular pharmacist unprofessional, and most likely committing fraud. Went to get my daughters antibiotics which she needs for standby, had my owing slip only to be denied and lied to. Story changed from prescription now removed from system as over 2 weeks old, we do this for all antibiotics, then arrogant lying pharmacist states he makes a clinical decision whether its appropriate or not...can't see how you can do that without consultation with patient, who are you to override what the GP has written anyway. When challenged then said there is no owing you've collected. Absolutely disgusting. They processed the prescription without fully dispensing it to patient Nd submitted it for payment to the NHS...this is fraud, unethical and unprofessional.

   Most terrible terrible pharmacy ever. I called them on Friday for repeat medicine they confirmed to me that I will get it on Tuesday as I'm calling at 12 noon till today ( Wednesday) I didn't get any message from them . I got chest pain last night and had no other choice then to use my Gtn spray which is no pleasure.. Called the pharmacy again and the receptionist Ayesha was so rude to me. Instead of addmiting thier fault for not sending omnia the email for repeat prescription, she acted as like it wasn't a big problem, I'm a heart patient that hasn't had meds for the last two days thanks to them.
