They have taken the prescription, they never had enough tablets and said they would deliver the rest still waiting and cant get hold of pharmacy. They have taken prescription so should give us the tablets. Not a good service
What a difference in customer service, the new staff a very helpful , I have been using this pharmacy as it is very convenient for me for very long time and couple of months ago I wasn’t pleased with service but since the new management take over it’s been absolutely amazing,my prescription was dispensed straightaway they had my usual medicine I stock I was so pleased and would highly recommend this pharmacy.
I would have thought they would improve with the management of new staff but no, they still take too long for such small pharmacy. They always seem to not have the medication in stock, their excuse is either they have sent the wrong medication or we're waiting for delivery. I would highly recommend to go to another pharmacy!
I'm not sure why this particular pharmacy remains open. In my experience, they never seem to have the medications that they should have in stock. Even if you are prescribed multiple medications, they often only have a portion of them available and request that you return in a few days for the remainder. This information is usually only provided after making you wait for a long time. In my opinion, this is a prime example of a business that keeps them busy but doesn't accomplish much. None of the employees seem to be properly trained, and they focus more on their appearance than on doing their job effectively.
I went through my surgery for an emergency appointment for 5 O clock and the doctor never called me for 40 minutes When I asked the receptionist I found out he had forgotten to put my details through. Upon asking around 3 times the receptionist finally advised we’ll be next. I even said we had to pick up our child at 5:30 but nothing.finally I had to miss my appointment and leave from there without seeing the doctor. Extremely unprofessional and unethical behavior by the staff and not punctual. I could see the doctors and nurses walking around and having fun without having any consideration for the patients. All the patients that came after me were seen before me I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
Excellent pharmacy, they have my medication ready every month. Very polite staff, always call me uncle. I recommend them highly.
Supposed to deliver medicine on Friday, it was ordered on Monday. I told them I want it delivered. I wonder what they're excuse will be THIS time.
Incompetent staff, rude, they never open on time, have you waiting around for a prescription for ages while they’re twiddling their thumbs!
Whats the point of having a number when you do not answer the phone being trying since 11am till evenning did not answer at all
I have been through ups and downs with this pharmacy. Some staff are more efficient than others. Phones are never picked up when you desperately need them which can be frustrating as I feel I'm forced to attend the pharmacy myself to speak to someone (rand during the day all the way through the evening). Don't bother leaving messages because they will never get back to you. This branch really needs to think about their resources and how to use it. I am thinking of changing from this pharmacy to a less hassle one.
