I had a prescription for 48 shakes, was only delivered 24 with no owings note or anything, had to phone up myself to chase it up. Avoid this place and use someone who doesn't try and steal from you .
This pharmacy is exactly what you need in a pharmacy. The staff are knowledgeable welcoming and friendly. They have gone above and beyond to help me when I had a problem with repeat prescriptions from my doctors surgery. It wasn’t the pharmacy that was in the wrong and they tried to sort out the issue without success at first. However they persisted and eventually sorted out the problem. I actually believe that if it hadn’t been for their help I would not have resolved my issue . The truth of the situation is that Pal pharmacy could have advised me that they had tried to contact my GP and couldn’t get my prescription issued so I would have to sort it out myself. After all they have a lot of customers they need to provide a service for. Also they make you feel like a valued customer as they remember you and are always welcoming.
