I have an apology to make, I left a negative review, which was left in haste and off the back of frustrations and information that I later discovered were not the fault of Reeds Rains. I must eat humble pie as since speaking with Chloe, on a daily basis has made me realise that I should have dealt with the situation differently. Chloe has been unbelievable, she is supportive, professional and quite frankly amazing! She has updated, chased, and reassured me at every step. Moving house is stressful but she has managed to help me support my elderly mother in getting things done! Please forgive me for my initial rant, lesson learnt for me and some faith in the process. Reeds Rains, has been an unexpected benefit to my husband and I these past couple of years since our landlady decided an outside party was needed to manage our house. We have regular inspectors; whi have been lovely and understanding; come and survey the house picking up on issues that we'd never thought to report, especially if we cannot solve the problems ourselves. In fact we've only reported one issue that has been quickly rectified. Liam at the Reeds Rains of Chesterfield has been especially helpful as circumstances have changed rather radically to our disappointment and has been a well of information and help.

Rented from reeds and even though we didn’t have the best experience with our landlords the reeds team definitely made up for it. They fought our corner and stood by us as we went through battle after battle with the landlords. I would 100% rent from them again and hope one day to buy though them! Amelia and Pheobe are an absolute credit to this place! They helped so much with selling our house, after it had been over priced to start with. Only 3 stars as I feel let down by their very passive aggressive area manager, who found it appropriate to highlight and colour code answers to an email sent - not very professional!
From start to finish the service i have received from Scott at the Chesterfield Branch has been over and above, he honestly could not of done more to help this process move quickly. Any issues were dealt with professionally and he kept me informed throughout whilst recognising it was an emotional time, he was understanding of a time constraint and worked his magic to get me in as soon as humanly possible. I can not recommend him and this branch enough, the little gift box on moving day just emphasised how much they care and you are not just a number. Thank you Scott and the team
