I am not one for leaving reviews, good or bad, but feel I need to on this occasion. This is word of warning to any landlords/tenants thinking of using W.H.Brown. As a first time landlord, my experience of using this lettings team and Robyn, lettings Manager, has been very disappointing to say the least. Customer service was slow and unprofessional. No replies to many emails and requests for call backs when trying to resolve an issue, which only got sorted when a complaint was raised. No accountability to their errors and no-one taking ownership to get problems resolved in a timely, professional manner. A very high turnover of lettings staff over the last five years tells you everything you need to know about this company/branch.

William H Brown, Chesterfield, were very good assisting us with our property purchase. We found Ashley particularly helpful, friendly and efficient. There was a lot of chasing to be done but Ashley dealt with it well, always getting back to us quickly.

Recently dealt with William H Brown to find our new home. It wasn’t straight forward but Charly and Molly were absolutely fantastic. They made the process extremely smooth and put us at ease at every step of the way. They were always on hand to answer any query we had via email and telephone and on the last day it was a big rush to get it all completed by a deadline but Molly managed to get this done for us which was hugely appreciated. I have dealt with a few estate agents now and William H Brown and the staff at their Chesterfield branch are by far the best ones I’ve dealt with. Lovely, professional, caring ladies who are clearly fantastic at their jobs. Cannot thank them enough.
Used for a let only service after being contacted by Charly. The communication from herself and Mollie in the office was brilliant as I had a lot of questions with this being my first property being let.
