never answer the phone, waited 8 months for them to never give me an induction to the flat for them to withdraw it, when asked they dont have a reason why.
I tried to ring this at 10.00 am got an answer machine. So I have emailed the council for a answer to my enquiry.
It's OK if you want to bid on a property off the local council
