Terrible pharmacy, told me they didn’t have the meds and gave me a script saying I can take that anywhere else so I went to an entirely new pharmacy to be told they can’t give it as they haven’t returned it to the spine and was asked to call Lloyds, spent ages getting through for them to put me on hold and not pick the phone back up. When I rang again they had shut shop. It’s not the first instance I’ve had issues and now I’ve ran out of medication, every time I go in now there are people having the same problems. Update went to another Lloyds who told me that it was still In the spine and that I should call 111 as emergency but due to the nature of my medication im unlikely to get it prescribed. Absolutely useless the staff member who answered my call put me on hold and then to just shut shop is unbelievably rude and shouldn’t have a job. It’s peoples livelihoods your affecting, my visit prior to this for another medication they told me they didn’t have the stock and to come back the next day, when I said I can’t wait as Ive ran out all of a sudden they had some in the back. Seems like the staff are intentionally running the place into the ground for what reason I’m not sure.

I had a prescription for 2 items, they gave one and said I can collect the other one tomorrow but when I went the next day, it wasn't in stock. I tried going again and again but there still was nothing. They kept my prescription so I couldn't go to any other pharmacy for it. Their staff didn't even apologise for anything and only told me to go to my GP. Very bad service.

Don't answer their phone and open at anytime they want when you have a job and depend of medication so plan to get there first thing. If it wasn't next door to the surgery I would definitely change my nominated pharmacy.

Absolutly awful!!! Such bad service. Clueless staff who need training. Cancelled my kids flu jabs twice!!! Today i walked in and the girl at the counter said there is no one to do the jab and its cancelled. Without any notice once again! Last time i came from work rushing to get my appointment on time 3 appointments i booked and confirmed yet to be told that the staff member has left in short notice! Joke! No contact or no letting me know. I thought it was just the stockland green one that was terrible! Now i know there all terrible!!poor service. Management sought your staff out and organise your pharmacy!!! Ridiculous.

I went into this branch last week at approximately 5:30pm to get something to sooth my bunion pain on my foot. I spoke to a very polite Asian lady behind the counter. This lady was so polite and she showed me many options which I made a choice from at ease, without being pushed to buy certain products. The product I bought was very helpful and it has helped with my pain. I will go in next week to thank the lady who helped me. I did notice that despite helping me to find the right thing for my foot the Asian lady had many customers who she also helped whilst talking to me which I found to be very effective and talented.

Having recently being diagnosed with diabetes I went from a couple of medicines a month to over a dozen. At nearly every stage this pharmacy has made it a more stressful experience. I have waited over a week now for newly prescribed medications twice. Often when queuing they are unable to prepare my prescriptions or are advising coming back the next day which is then often deferred further. They either need more staff or better organisation. The system fails every other day. They leave the phone off the hook towards the end of the day. If you are someone who requires multiple medicines like myself I would advise you pick another provider. I have only been waiting for a sharps bin (for my insulin needles) for over 2 months (it's on back order apparently). Anyway just my 2 pence worth.

I checked the website for times when finding we urgently needed medication. I arrived 50 min before close but the door was locked and they would not serve me. Two staff in store. I understand these are very difficult times but where was the community spirit? It would have taken 2 minutes and I would have followed all the government guidelines. Please change your times online so that other people do not drive unnecessarily. If we are only allowed to leave our home for food and medication then at least give the correct information. Very disappointed.
