Good service overall, polite staff too. But only one let down on my deliveries late late... That's why the 4 star.
for two months. these people have failed to send my prescription on time. Last time they made a mistake with delivery. this time again they haven't sent order as well as. ot recognising that there is order. Bilal said he will abid to phone me. it has been 5 days and still no contact. I am as a patient having to chase them
These are getting worse! Refuse to order your life saving medication! Always comes with excuses why they can’t but to your face act nice! Since been taken over have become the worst chemist in the area! Staff are rude and act like they are sitting high! And when you complain they attempt to gang up on you but then act confused when patients speak back! Disgusting behaviour GPhC will be informed
The lady on the counter was so amazing Sophie helped me out a lot with all my medicine needs I appreciate all the help . Always helpful pharmacy . Amazing ..
Terrible pharmacy with poor work ethics and no humanity. The strep A circulation has caused a shortage in supply of antibiotics but that doesn't justify what these lot do. On the first occasion my child was given antibiotics and when I went collect, I only got one bottle for a 10days course!! They never made an indication if it was out of stock or what I should do. The second time I was prescribed 200ml antibiotics for my other child and the two pharmacist were whispering and one of them said that keep one bottle to the side. I asked how much will I be receiving and he said only 100ml. I asked him to return the prescription, as there was NO indication whatsoever when or if the second 100ml will be available to collect on day 5. He never clarified this. I went to asda and they were very clear about when I should come back for the second bottle. This pharmacy has a tendency to give only parts of the prescription and not informing the patient.
Always quick and efficient in getting my medication to me… Never had a issue as medicines are always in stock and when not will be with me by the following morning can not fault in any way and wouldn’t use any other pharmacy
This pharmacy is absolutely great. I cannot fault it in anyway, they go over and beyond for their customers/patients. I’ve never had any problems or issues with them ever. Highly recommend this pharmacy to everyone. I’ve moved surgeries as their customer service was horrendous but never moved pharmacies as their customer service is 10/10. All the staff are professional and treat you with respect and dignity
