The nhs as said theses r a walk in pharmacy for the covid booster bt they r refusing to offer it and said they haven't got a pharmacist to give it when they must have as u need a pharmacist in to issue medication out
The boy at the counter is very kind, helpful and does anything to assist you. I struggle to photocopy so he stops whatever is he doing to come and help me and is always happy to do so. Thank you!
This chemist is a valued part of the community the staff are all so helpful and welcoming nothing is to much trouble they ALWAYS give great advice ,they have become great friends to myself and most of the community, ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC STAFF ..Derek

Not happy with the service at this place at all. I purchased oilatum cream for my son, I applied it once but then my husband noticed that it was expired. I called the pharmacy and asked them to send a replaced item to my father's shop on the same road (considering they do deliveries). They said that they are short staffed and won't be able to so f I could I send someone (at this point not mentioning that I need to bring the old item back). With my little one I am unable to leave the house as easily so I asked my dad to collect. After calling back they then mentioned they cannot replace the item without the expired item replaced - which will be going into the bin anyway. I offered to send pictures to them as evidence that the item is expired however they refused. This has caused me such inconvenience when I am not the one at fault. Pharmacies should be date checking their items every three months. Considering they are at fault, I am surprised that they have not tried to go out of their way for me by either delivering the item or accepting pictures as proof. Also, the item was extremely dusty when brought and makes me wonder how often they even date check. Please check your medication from this place.
The women behind the tills are rude. They need a good lesson not only in manners but customer service. I avoid this place now and thank God for other good chemists in the area. If this was last chemist on earth, I wouldn't use it.
Went to this Pharmacy on Tuesday 5th January for my flu injection the staff were very friendly and helpful many thanks tfor all your help and support x
